Dear Seniors,

Please review the document to see which bus and elementary school you have been assigned to for the upcoming Elementary Grad Walk on Monday, June 9th. Every effort was made to carefully consider each placement, so please note that last-minute requests to change buses and destinations may not be possible, and you may not receive a reply email. In the event of an error, duplicate listing, or missing name, please email me at eddie.hackbarth@smusd.org. 

Bus rosters have already been submitted to chaperones. Chaperones are responsible for checking students onto the bus at MHHS and again before departing from the elementary school.

Important Reminders:

• The Elementary Grad Walk is Monday, June 9th, at 11:00 am. 
• Students are not permitted to leave directly from the elementary school with their parents. All students must return to MHHS by bus.
• Students will board the bus right before 11:00 am. 
• We expect to return to campus by noon, pending traffic conditions.
• If you are bringing a cap and gown from home, please remember to bring it with you onto campus Monday morning. Seniors will not have access to their vehicles to retrieve their cap and gown before the event. 
• If you are borrowing a cap and gown and do not have a tassel, you will have the opportunity to purchase one from Jostens on Monday.

Thank you for your cooperation as we coordinate this exciting event. Over 660 seniors will be visiting six local elementary schools for our 2nd Annual Elementary Grad Walk, and your participation helps make it a memorable experience for everyone involved.
