Athletic Clearance Information
  1. Students who wish to participate in a sport for the 25/26 school year must have an Online Clearance Packet completed and turned in before you can practice and or try out. 
  2. Sports Physicals may only be performed by a licensed MD, DO, PAC, and NP. Screening must be performed after June 1st, 2026 for the 2026/27 school year.
  3. The clearance packet is electronic and all physicals must be uploaded online. (No physical paperwork is collected.)
