IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT FINALS WEEK ATTENDANCE PASSES
We do not deliver office passes to class during finals.
In an effort to not interrupt any final exams, please try to refrain from pulling your student out of school during finals. We know that there may be a situation in which you must pick up your child early. If so, please call our office early enough so that your student can pick up their pass prior to class beginning, or during the nutrition break.

Residency Verification will begin on June 2, 2025!
Residency verification, or re-enrollment for current students, will begin on June 2, 2025.
All current SMUSD families must complete the 2025-2026 residency verification process in order for continuing students to be properly registered for the next school year. If your student is transitioning to a middle or high school next year, the residency verification process will automatically register your child at the designated middle or high school based on your home address. Residency verification is an annual process completed digitally via ParentVUE. Only one ParentVUE account is required to complete this process for all students in your home. Therefore, families with multiple children will submit one residency verification for all students living in the same household. Please note this process is for CURRENT STUDENTS ONLY.

Returning students will KEEP their school-issued Chromebook and charger over the summer for use next year. Returning students must turn in their textbooks by the last day of school (Wednesday, June 11).
